چکیده

Solutions to the equation ∂tE(x, t) − i 2m E(x, t) = λ|S(x, t)|2 E(x, t) are investigated, where S(x, t) is a complex Gaussian field with zero mean and specified covariance, and m = 0 is a complex mass with Im(m) ≥ 0. For real m this equation describes the backscattering of a smoothed laser beam by an optically active medium. Assuming that S(x, t) is the sum of a finite number of independent complex Gaussian random variables, we obtain an expression for the value of λ at which the q moment of |E(x, t)| w.r.t. the Gaussian field S diverges. This value is found to be less or equal for all m = 0, Im(m) ≥ 0 and |m| < +∞ than for |m| = +∞, i.e. when the E term is absent. Our solution is based on a distributional formulation of the Feynman path-integral and the Paley-Wiener theorem.

Implication of Quantum Effects on Non-Linear Propagation of Electron Plasma Solitons

We have studied the electron exchange-correlation effect on thecharacteristics of the two-component unmagnetized dense quantum plasma withstreaming motion. For this purpose, we have used the quantum hydrodynamic model(including the effects of a quantum statistical Fermi electron temperature) for studyingthe propagation of an electrostatic electron plasma waves in such th...

External and Internal Incompressible Viscous Flows Computation using Taylor Series Expansion and Least Square based Lattice Boltzmann Method

The lattice Boltzmann method (LBM) has recently become an alternative and promising computational fluid dynamics approach for simulating complex fluid flows. Despite its enormous success in many practical applications, the standard LBM is restricted to the lattice uniformity in the physical space. This is the main drawback of the standard LBM for flow problems with complex geometry. Several app...

کاربرد روش معادله سهموی در تحلیل مسائل انتشار امواج داخل ساختمان

With the rapid growth of indoor wireless communication systems, the need to accurately model radio wave propagation inside the building environments has increased. Many site-specific methods have been proposed for modeling indoor radio channels. Among these methods, the ray tracing algorithm and the finite-difference time domain (FDTD) method are the most popular ones. The ray tracing approach ...

Analyzing the Propagation Behavior of a Gaussian Laser Beam through Seawater and Comparing with Atmosphere

Study of the beam propagation behavior through oceanic media is a challenging subject. In this paper, based on generalized Collins integral, the mean irradiance profile of Gaussian laser beam propagation through ocean is investigated. Power In Special Bucket (PIB) is calculated. Using analytical expressions and calculating seawater transmission, the effects of absorption and scattering on beam ...
